The usual garbage - locks computer completely no route out other than to pay for the program shows two digits of a password to your file (allegedly) but you have to buy it to see the rest if it is in fact the password - and as i said no option to do anything other than pay or reboot..
I uninstalled it after rebooting (or tried to) it leaves pretty much everything behind scattered all over the machine.. More
